She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley and Phyllis; and her siblings, Ian, Dennis, Julia, Phyllis and Penney.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Allan (Annie), Kelly and Rob (Corrie); and her grandchildren, Noah, Dylan, Briana, Zachary and Brydon. She is also survived by her family, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Bethell Hospice or Canadian Cancer Society in Annie's memory would be appreciated by her family.
