He is survived by: his wife Janny; and his children, Connie Dryfhout (Tony), Frank Bovenberg (Joanne), Betty Roeleveld (Simon), Rita DeGier (Wes) and Ingrid van Staalduinen (Rob). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren (1 predeceased), and 20 great-grandchildren.
