He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Mackintosh and Lucy Mackintosh; his siblings, Brian and Sandra; and his nephews, Little Brian and Jeff.
He is survived by: his brother Ian (Dorothy) of Gananoque; his sister-in-law Peggy of Trenton; his daughters, Tamara and Stephanie (Troy); his grandchildren, Bradey (Apple), Ty (Tiger), Megan (Meggie) and Jake (Jakey); his sibling's children, Sandra, Dale, Allan and Tracy; his significant other Valerie; and the mother of his children Bonnie.
