She is survived by: her spouse Lindley Diaz; her children, Lance, Lindcey and Leighanne; her parents, Henry Sr. and Ligaya; and her siblings, Divina, Lordan, Godiva, Henry Jr., Cezannes, Julius and Donavel. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
