He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pieter of Australia, Wilhelmina, Johanna and Catherina. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Woodwark; his brothers-in-law, George, Peter (Maida) and David (Gail); his nieces and nephews, Bill (Karen), Charlie Tom (Mary), Meredith (Tristan), Jon (Kelly), Teron (Amanda) and Justin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Baily, Keira, Ronin, Milo, Lilly and Isla. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
