He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Phillips and Regina Phillips; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen (Doug), Sandra (Pat) and Laurie; his nieces and nephews, Allison (Mike), Holly (Rob), Ryan, Sean Conor (Katie), Mathew (Daisy), Timothy (Sofie) and Joey (Shalyn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harrison, Dean, Danica, Parker, Sydney and Rylee.
