It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Adam (Brampton, Ontario), born in Peterborough, Ontario, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Adam and Shirley Adam (Johns); his wife Shari; his children, Marcia Almeida (Tony), Ryan (Melanie), Jon (Brandi) and Josh (Keesha); his grandchildren, Ethan, Sophie, Nico, Ryannah, Hank and Opie; his siblings, Jane Lisson, Susan Cummings (John), Steven Adam (Susan), Cathy Calderwood (Ian), Rosemary Assels (Gary), Marguerite Wright (Jim), Wayne Adam (Mona) and Kimberly Byrne (Mike); his stepparent Jessie Adam-Stewart; and his parent-in-law Shirley Rusaw. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In memory of Dave, acts of kindness or donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation.

It’s been a while since we were all together, but i remember our great times at hockey. Our dinners at tj’s and our weekends away up to pete and sue’s cottage with our hockey family.
