He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Borden and Evelyn Borden. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his siblings, Len, Cathy (Steve) and Ken (Valerie); and his father-in-law Bill Foskett (late Kathleen). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, very large extended family and countless friends.
