He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his daughters, Charlene Minns (Bill), Ginette Chatterton and Heather Chatterton; his grandchildren, Racheal Kay (Tim), Alexander Chatterton, Joshua Minns, Sonny Downey, Travis Downey, Maxwell Downey and Emma Downey; his great grandchild Arthur David Kay; and his uncle Harry (England). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
