He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kelly Welsh-Burns; his children, Katie Allen (Jason) and Sydney Burns; his grandchildren, Ayden, Caleb and Aubrey; his parents, Phil Burns and Christina Burns; and his siblings, Phil (Lori), Elaine and Andrew (Christine). He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
