He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Mili"; and his son Scott. He is survived by: his daughters, Shari and Kelly; his daughter-in-law Melanie; and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Madison, Jackson (Courtney), Sara, Connor and Samantha.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions the funeral service for David will be private.
The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, those who so desire may make donations in memory of Dave to either The Knight's Table or CNIB, both charities close to his heart.
