She was predeceased by: her husband Mervyn. She is survived by: her children, Brant, Gary (Kathleen), Dennis (Michele) and Marilyn Medved; her grandchildren, Matthew (Brittany), Michael, Kyle, Mikaela (Dan), Carly (Taylor), Shane (Gen), Jake, Cody, Noah (Emily), Jonah (Brianna), Maizie, Lola, Zoe and Paisley; and her siblings, Shirley Schmidt (late Lloyd), Stewart Schneider (Miriam) and Lloyd Schneider (Marianne).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel (52 Main St S, Brampton, ON L6W2C5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
