She is survived by: her boyfriend Shane; her sons, Jason (Rilene) and Patrick (Jennifer); her siblings, Dale (Larry), Robert (Marion) and Paul (Elaine); her nieces and nephews, James (Stan), Lacey (Jeff) and Nicole (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Haiden and JJ; and her grandchildren, Quinn, Jackson and Jordan.
