He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Charles Keffer and Stella Keffer; and his brothers, Len Keffer (late Kay), Edward Keffer and Jerome Keffer.

He is survived by: his child Lee Keffer (Tammy); his grandchildren, Amber, Cameron and Chelsea; his brothers, Philip Keffer (Kathy), Paul Keffer and John Keffer (Linda); and his sister-in-law Gail Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family.
