He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Moore (Francine), Beverly Harper, Deborah Takeda and Ken Takeda Jr.; his spouse Margrit; his children, Mark (Amanda), Christopher (Krystal) and Nadine; his grandchildren, Makston, Koen, Parker, Isabelle and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Reese, Naomi and Demetrius; and his siblings, Lawrence Patrick Green and Kimberly Takeda. He is also survived by his family and friends.
