He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Murcott and Doreen Murcott. He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Murcott; his children, Shaun Murcott and Justin Murcott (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Brenda Taggart (Robert), Robert Murcott (Michele) and Barbara Murcott (Ted). He is also survived by his step-children, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
