He was predeceased by: his son Thomas (Jeff). He is survived by: his significant other Carol Ann; and his children, Jane (David), Marianne (Stewart), John (Beatrice), Veronica (John), Rick (Ingrid) and Patience (Jason). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and their spouses and 5 great-grandchildren.
