Frank Cozzolino Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Cozzolino (Brampton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Frank farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Frank is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommaso Cozzolino and Filomena Cozzolino. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa; his daughters, Filomena and Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Filomena and Alexandria.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Liver Foundation of Canada, The Trillium Gift of Life Network or the UHN Foundation in memory of Frank.
