He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Neil and Lloyd Neil; and his sister Lynda Rennick (Irwin Neil). He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his daughters, Kendra and Melanie; his grandsons, William and Wesley; and his sisters, Bonnie Clancy (Tom) and Sharon Phillips (Craig). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
