He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fenton Russel Getson and Mary Ella Getson (Harper); his wife Carol Ann Getson (Lake); his siblings, Walter, Gertie Fox, Rose Gay, Betty, Nellie and Jessie; his children, Hal Getson (Alex), MaryLou Ford (Jim) and Joanne Raynsford; and his grandchildren, Jim, Daniel, Ashley, William, Elizabeth, Emily and Lauren.
