He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Roffel; and his children, Fransina Rensink (Hank), Harry Roffel (Milly), Sylvia Mulder (Reg), Gary Roffel (Rose), Margaret Bloemendal (Harry), Liz Boss (Jim) and Alfred Roffel. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
