She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her children, John (Linda), Jamie (Lorna), Jeff (Susan) and Todd; her grandchildren, Leanne, Danielle (Kyle), Johnathon, Emily (Matt), Samantha, Stefanie (Evan), Grace, Sean, Alexander and Benjamin; and her siblings, Larry and Margo. She is also survived by her friends at Revera Greenway, her extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bethell Hospice Foundation in Helen's name.
