She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kathleen, Philomena and Michael. She is survived by: her sister Aunt; her husband Derek; her children, Derek (Sara), Teresa (Alex), Gerald and Hugh Patrick; her sister Teresa (Walter) of Liverpool; her sisters-in-law, Rachel and Patricia; and her granddaughter Sydney. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers, it is Etta's wish that memorial donations be made to ALAS Dufferin,(alasdufferin.ca) an organization that assists her granddaughter Sydney and a charity that was close to her heart.
