She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Marshall and Noel Garrick. She is survived by: her siblings, Derrick Marshall of Oakville Ontario and Sandra Marshall-Haye; her siblings' children, Stephan, Troy, Sharif, Anthony, Tsahay, Tonia, Chantel and Saidah; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Destiny, Sanaa, Zoey, Justin, Tyler, Terry Michael, Koston and Ashton.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to The Kenneth G. Mills Foundation.
