Ida Maria Maset Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Maria Maset of Brampton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gino Francesco Maset; her son Robert Maset; her parents, Luigi Pin and Rosa Bottega; and her siblings, Emilia (late Luigi), Pietro (late Gemma) and Antonio (late Aola).
She is survived by: her son Dennis Maset (late Caroline) of Brampton; her granddaughters, Veronica (Robert McKenzie), Stephanie and Sonia Maset (Johnathan Casin); and her brother Mario Pin (Lidia).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duffus Funeral Home (431 George St S, Peterborough, ON K9J3E2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Alphonsus Liguori Church (1066 Western Ave, Peterborough, ON K9J5W6). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Rosemount Memorial Gardens (2551 Whittington Dr, Peterborough, ON K9J0G5).
In memory of Ida, donations to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
