He was predeceased by: his cousin Bonna Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lorraine Parker; his daughter Lorraine Elizabeth Rowland (Jonathan Harold) of Newmarket; his grandchildren, Liam Harold Rowland and Mallory Elizabeth Amelia Rowland; his sisters-in-law, Gail Nancy Murphy and June Grace Evelyn Metcalfe; and his cousin Garnet Goodwill.
