She is survived by: her children, Silas, Rane and Irelyn; her parents, Maria Goretti De Freitas and Randal Mac Farlane; her brothers, Dylan Mac Farlane, Joseph Mac Farlane and Sean Lettelier; her grandfather Joao De Freitas; her aunts and uncles, Joe De Freitas, Fil De Oliveira, Maria and Luz Gibson; and her nieces and nephews, Isla, Jackson and Zayden Mac Farlane.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, visitation and service for Jana will be private, and by invitation only.
