With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Stoddart in Brampton, Ontario, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her brother George Akins; and her brothers-in-law, Ted Stoddart, Jim and Fern Stoddart.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jennifer) of Aurora and Lori Corcoran (Darcy) of Caledon; her grandchildren, Kyle and Alyssa Corcoran (Jarrod); her brother Bob Akins (Dale) of Hanover; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Akins of Ennismore and Marlene Stoddart of Durham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the William Osler Health System (Brampton Civic Hospital), the Canadian Breast Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
