We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2022, at the age of 92, Julia Loretta MacRae (Brampton, Ontario), born in Florence, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Butts and Mae Butts (Nugent); her husband Roy; and her siblings, Walter (Beatrice), Ted (Patricia), Mary (Rob), Winnifred (Lorne), Nellie (Clifford), Renelda (Tom) and Thomas (Jennie).

She is survived by: her son Terry (Bonnie); her daughter-in-law Bonnie; her children, Judy (Brian), John (Gloria), Michelle (Andrei) and Colleen (Chris); her grandchildren, Michaela (Ari), Ashley (Jeremy), Kate (Lee), Adam (Melanie), Joshua, Samantha (Adam) and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Gigi, Landon, Macey, Brett, Kohl, Kylee and Duncan.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
