She was predeceased by: her daughter Laura; her parents, Harold Smith and Laura Smith; her brother Harold; and her siblings-in-law, Aldo, Faustina (Pasquale) and Alba (Salvatore).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her children, Frank and Elisa; her grandchildren, Julia Kenny, Jessica Kenny, Joseph Quattrociocchi and Anthony Quattrociocchi; her son-in-law Enzo Quattrociocchi; her sister Elaine Blekaitis (Gedas); and her sisters-in-law, Rochelle Smith, Fernanda Covello (Monica) and Filomena Covello. She is also survived by her family, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's name may be made to the Parkinson's Society.
