She was predeceased by: her husband John Campbell; and her parents, Basil Kiley and Blanche Kiley. She is survived by: her children, Basil, Marie, Pat, Mike Mac Intyre, Kathy, Nick Cosentino, Jackie, Brad Curtis, Kelly, Christine, Jamie, Carolynn and Kimberly; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jason, Jamie, Joshua, Adam, Holly, Ryan, Chantelle, Peter, Nicki, Hollie, Sean, Michelle and Adrianna; and her siblings, Mary, Sandra, Connie, Kevin, Larry, Harvey, Madeline, Doris, Linda, Marina, Lorraine, Raymond, Jim, Terry and Gord. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.

Donations in Kathleen's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
