He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn and William. He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Josh) and William (Laura); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Liam, Ella, Melanie and Callium; and his siblings, Karen (Mark) and Keith (Karin). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, many cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society in Kim's name.
