It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laina Kaarina Kingdon in Brampton, Ontario, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Kingdon; her parents, Toivo Kiuru and Aino Kiuru; her brother Jack Kiuru; and her stepdaughters, Heather (Hartley Aulis) and Valerie (John Stevens).

She is survived by: her stepchildren, David Kingdon (Anita), Carolyn Galloway (Colin), Alan Kingdon and Trish Anta (David); and her cousin England.
