He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaziena Huizinga and Lambertus Huizinga. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Zimmer, Herb Huizinga, Carlene Moakler, Evelyn Schutten and Rick Huizinga. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
