He is survived by: his child Lambertus Jochem Voorberg (Bob); his wife Grace Voorberg-Kilwinger; his children, Hetty, Cor Verhage, Ron, Hilda-Ann and Mary Martens; his grandchildren, Tracy, Chris, Katie, Vanessa and Trevor; and his brother Piet.
