He is survived by: his wife Mary Huizenga; his children, Karin, Paul Haddad, Ryan, Danielle (Tavlin), Brendan, Linda, Derrick Kloosterhof, Joshua, Kayla (Konnor), Mariah, Jacob, Michael, Janessa Huizenga, Jeanette, Kevin Luimes, Christy and Jay Hayashi; his grandchildren, Koever and Vienna; his siblings, Dia, Gerry, Siep and Tina Huizenga; and his siblings-in-law, George Vink, Ina, Sadie VanManen, Theresa VanManen and Ted VanManen.
In memory of Lammert, donations may be made to John Knox Christian School, Brampton where all his children attended.
