She was predeceased by: her parents, Angela and Fernando (Julio) of Almeida; her brother-in-law Fernando; and her nephew William Santos. She is survived by: her husband Julio Marinho; her children, Julio Fernando (Jane) and Isabel Maria (Peter); her grandchildren, Justin, Courtney (Craig), Jake, Daniel and Ashley; her great grandchild William; and her sisters, Victoria (Antonio) and Lordes. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Society or Parkinson's Canada.
