He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth; his sister Maureen Patrick O'Donnell (Harrigan); and his father-in-law Thomas Kane. He is survived by: his wife AnnMarie; his parent-in-law Marion Kane; his siblings, Thomas, John, Kathleen and Roseleen; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen, Frank, Linda, Pete, Paul and Janine.
