He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Joseph MacIsaac and Antonio Luquez. He is survived by: his parents, Ivanna and Craig; his aunts and uncles, Andrea, Jeff, Paula and Ian; and his grandmothers, Veronica MacIsaac and Magda Luquez. He is also survived by cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
In lieu of flowers Lucas has requested a donation to the Dr. Rutka brain tumour lab at Sick Kids hospital.
