He was predeceased by: his child Harold Cook; and his grandson Harold. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret; his children, Liz of Holland Centre, Lenora Cormier of Owen Sound, Cindy Boer of West Grey, Malcolm of Brampton, Stephen of Fergus, William of Wasaga Beach and Jim of Acton; and his siblings, Raymond Cook, Larry Cook and Mary Gaudet. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
