She is survived by: her children, Paul and Michelle; her grandchildren, Kelly-Jean, Adam, Cody, Kaya, Belanna, Kloe and Emerson; and her siblings-in-law, Arie Jr. (Miriam), Hans (Patricia) and Ben Leeuwestein (Ila).
