Menko Postma Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2023, at the age of 87, Menko Postma of Brampton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freekie Postma and Garmt Postma; his spouse Uke Postma; his sons, Graham (Laurel) and Richard (Manon); his grandchildren, Michael (Samantha), Emily (Jorge), Samuel, Erin, Jackson, Adelie and Robyn; his great grandchildren, Maella and Finn; and his siblings, Riena (late Jan), Hilly, Nanning Jaap, Henk (late Riek), Garmt (Reit) and Tiny (late Jelle). He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Menko to the Alzheimer Society or Holland Christian Homes – Grace Manor would be appreciated by the family and can be made using the "Donations" tab above.
