Patrick Chen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Chen (Brampton, Ontario), who passed away on January 6, 2019 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shantelle; his siblings, Winston, Oliver, Robert, Gloria and Yvonne; his sisters-in-law, Maureen, Karen, Donna and Paula; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Jeffery, Wayne, Martynne, Alex, Keisha, Christopher, Tracey, Michelle and Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the Dialysis Unit at the Brampton Civic Hospital.
