With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline Katherine Hoag (Brampton, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Ian; her daughters, Jordyn and Hailey; her nephew Devin Jones; and her pets, Smartie and Oreo.

In light of the current global pandemic with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings by the government, attendance at the funeral home has been restricted to a maximum capacity of 10 people.

In lieu of flowers, in loving memory of Pauline, donations to Pauline's Team – "Breast Intentions" of the CIBC Run for the Cure would be appreciated by the family and can be made using the link below.
