He was predeceased by: his parents, Etha Lagace and Bill Lagace; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his significant other Claudia; his siblings-in-law, Carole, William Galego, Jo-Ann, Rudy Bal and Daniel Charette; his nieces and nephews, Christina, Carol-Ann Galego and Tim Norris (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Jack and Sara Norris.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel (289 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6X1N5).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phil's memory may be made to Brampton Civic Hospital or a charity of your choice.
