He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Dave (Mary Ann) and Pam (Jeff); his grandchildren, Adam, Julia, Tim, Lisa, Zack and Courtney; and his close friend Sally Pannozzo. He is also survived by his extended family and his many, many dear friends.
