It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Gass (Brampton, Ontario), who passed away on August 10, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jenny Gass and James Gass; and his siblings, Jimmy, Bill and Jean.

He is survived by: his children, James (Kimberly Lau) and Laura (Ian Boreyko); his wife Norma; his son Paul Crookshanks (Linda Crookshanks); his grandchildren, Iris, Hannah, Calum and Louisa; his siblings, Mary and Ian; and also Scotland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

When Covid tragically prevented them from being together in person, Rab and Norma talked daily on the phone, and weekly with his children James and Laura and other dear friends.
