He is survived by: his wife Mildred (Hutton); his children, Michael Stephenson and Annie Wells (Jon); his grandchildren, Shannon, James, Brittany, Matthew and Ashleigh; his great grandchildren, Beau and Levi; and his sister Shirley Hynd. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and dear friends.
