He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline White. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Patti), Melynda (John) and Stephen (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew, Paul, Lucas, Catherine, Lauren and Alana; and his great grandchildren, Logan Lillian, Charlotte and Abigail.
