He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas and Stephania; and his wife Diane. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly (Steve), Patricia and Stephanie (Lee); his grandchildren, Michael (Geraldine), Thomas, Connor, Ethan and Lucas; and his cousin Gerry (Betty-Ann).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Elias the Prophet Ukrainian Catholic Church.
